POLICIES

COVID 19

NO MASK = NO APPOINTMENT.

UPON ARRIVAL YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SANITIZE YOUR HANDS AS WELL AS FILL OUT A COVID-19 HEALTH FORM FOR SAFTEY MEASURES.

IF YOU HAVE BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT YOU ARE SUGGESTING YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID, HAVE NOT BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ANYBODY WHO HAS TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID AND YOU HAVE NOT TRAVELED IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS.

IF YOU FEEL FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE MESSAGE ME AND WE CAN RESHEDULE IN 2 WEEKS TIME. 

CANNOT CONTINUE APPOINTMENT IF ...

If you have any open wounds, cuts or sores on your face I cannot continue with the lash appointment. If any cough, cold or flu-like symptoms present itself before the appointment please reschedule due to the safety of the lash artist. If any sicknesses or illnesses that could harm both the client and lash artist health, the appointment will come to an end- this is including, but not limited too; allergies to adhesive, contagious diseases, boils, extreme asthma, herpes, epilepsy, hay fever, lice, ringworm, sty, eye swelling, lumps/bumps.

CANCELATION POLICY

The appointment must be canceled 36 hours in advance. If it is canceled in less time you will not be refunded your deposit, your deposit cannot be transferred to a new appointment and the possibility of rebooking with Lashesxdel may be limited. If canceled due to an emergency, sickness or any other serious event, we can try to reschedule for the next best/ available time. 
After 3 late cancelations or no shows, you will no longer be able to book with Lashesxdel.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are collected at the booking stage of an appointment. There is a $20 deposit fee for full sets and a $10 deposit for fills and refills. Lash baths are not subject to deposits. 
If you do not show up or cancel within 36 hours before your appointment you will NOT BE REFUNDED YOUR DEPOSIT. If you do cancel before the 36 hour period you will receive a full deposit refund. 
If you need to reschedule your appoinement and it is known before the 36 hour period, the deposit will be transferred not refunded. 
Deposits are subtracted from the overall costing price. (Example, if a set is $60 and the deposit is $20, you will only be charged $40 upon arrival).

REFFERALS

If someone comes in due to your suggestion, the person who referred LashesXdel will receive $10 off their next full set.

IF YOUR LASHES FALL OUT PREMATURELY...

Lash shedding is subject to many different factors. If 50%- 100% of your lashes fall out within 48 hours after your appointment, you will receive a free fill to fix the fallout with no deposit required. If after the 48 hour period they fall out, we will reassess the situation and you may be granted a DISCOUNTED fill.

Fallout has to be natural and cannot be from any factors client may have caused (ie. picking or itching eyes, getting wet too soon, makeup, using oil-based products, not properly maintaining them, etc.)

PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE. Some clients have parents or grandparents who will and have been heavily effected by the virus. Please think of others safety as well as your own.

There is a $20 deposit fee on full sets and a $10 deposit on all fills. As soon as a deposit is paid, there is no refunding. If you need to reschedule your appointment and it is known before the 48 hour period, the deposit will be transferred, not refunded. If it is less than 48 hours before your appointment, your next booking will require a brand new deposit. 

 

If you need to reschedule and the deposit would transfer over, you have 2 weeks (14 days) to book a new appointment. The new appointment does NOT have to be within the 2 weeks, it  just needs to be booked. If you need to reschedule a second time, the deposit will not transfer over so make sure the new date works for you.

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be canceled. Your deposit will be forfeited to cover the missed appointment and a new one will be required for a new appointment. As soon as it hits the 10 minute mark you will receive a text or email saying your appointment has been canceled. Please do not continue to arrive if you are past the 10 minute mark even by a couple minutes as I won't be able to squeeze you in same day.

MEDICAL HISTORY

For your safety and wellness it is extremely important that you disclose of any medications, allergies, health conditions, illnesses or injuries. All of this will remain private between the esthetician and the client. This is to make sure we don't cause a negative reaction to a product or service. 

UNDER THE AGE OF 18?

I will require anybody under the age of 18 to have a parent sign a waiver. This can be done before the appointment online or right before the appointment commences in person. The waiver can be found on our website under 'forms', in the confirmation email, on the instagram or it can be sent directly from me. The parent does not need to stay for the duration of the appointment but will need to have approved and consented their child is able to have the service take place through the waiver. If this has not happened I cannot and will not go through with the service due to insurance policies so it is crucial to have this done beforehand. If it is not done beforehand and you can not get ahold of your parent it will be a delay of the appointment and it will act as if you are late since we will not be able to start the service. If your parent needs to sign the form in person or has any questions I would suggest showing up a few minutes earlier to allocate some additional time in order to do that.

It is Delluxe Beauty Bar's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while you are operating this website. The privacy policy discloses the privacy practices of Delluxe Beauty Bar. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. This website will notify you of the following:
1. What information is being collected and when 
2. What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data
3. The security measures in place to protect the misuse of your information
4. How you can correct any inaccuracies of the information
If you chose to use this website, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information we collect is used for providing and improving this website. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this privacy policy.

In-person consultations are kept 100% private. No information you share or document in that consultation will be used against you or for Delluxe Beauty Bar free use. The information is kept for emergency and reference purposes only.
